I don't think your damage calculation is accurate.

There's a tooltip for Doedre's Undoing Explosion and I'm only at around 150K DPS with what I think is a more damage build:

Also, it's obvious from your videos that you're not doing 600K DPS.

Still a very fun build, it just doesn't one shot bosses

Well, 600 is after wither stacked and sigil and 4th stage, non of those applies for clearing, obviously.
Bosses takes less damage cause difficulty damage reduction, so it won't be "true" 600k either. I don't know how big is that reduction tho, so can't really tell final numbers after it, sadly.

Also you don't have behead, that's good damage you miss. And area II is slight damage loss too.
