Did they fix this? it's not a PS5 problem, I switched over to my PC to do the fight again, and the Hammer still didn't drop.

I'm having the same problem. I've rest the instance and defeated him twice and the hammer will not drop. I already have the bench unlocked from another character however I cannot complete the quest now.

The quest is optional and is not required to progress in the game. Go back to it later once it has been fixed.

I have done fought that boss several times with different tool and the hammer only dropped once, and I was in a group.

Lo mismo aqui, y llo peor es que el error fue reportado hace mas de una semana y no hay respuesta de los administradores. Que mal!

Same here. Cleared on my warrior and no drop. I have cleared it on my witch already and have the work bench unlocked, so not sure if that makes a difference.
