Hammer of Kamasa does not drop from Act 3 The Molten Vault Boss

I killed Act 3 Boss in The Molten Vault, but he does not drop Hammer of Kamasa. I tried resetting the instance by ctrl clicking the area and also tried respawning at checkpoint after killing the boss.

I also tried logging out and logging back in and completely restarting the pathofexile2.

Killed him, ctrl+clicked for a new zone.. killed him again, still no hammer.
