That's a thing I don't understand with poe or poe 2.

Very often, when I downloaded the latest patch, the next day or even the next couple days, it loads again and again.

Not a big issue, but today for example, I probably could play if that wasn't the case. Since as I said, patch was downloaded already yesterday.
