Maps: We need a toggle on/off option for rare monster indicators.

Rare icon back but with a reasonable must be nearby requirement say 20-30 meters? I would want to know when they are near before they get in range to off screen me.

Johnathan said the game devolved into staring at the mini-map and running from icon to icon. So it doesn't seem he likes it. Doubt it will be back.
