Honestly when you craft a lot like me, gold is indeed a problem. You will have to buy castaway maps from other people, run maps with full % to gold or omen of bartering (which is can get expensive)

Agreed, castaway becomes a service just like ascendancy. You want gold, you pay for the service of castaway.

This makes more service based stuff to do in the game and anyone can do it. You can bookmark your Castaway and when you have 5+ sell them to a full party and profit.

People here are (as usual) completely missing the point.

200k is pretty nuts for TWO pieces of currency.
Gold fee is fine but the numbers mason...

This is in place for a reason and to give you a hint - it has nothing to do with actual players.

If you need thousands of exalts per day, then you have to put in some effort in order to make that happen.
The alternative is going back to the old system, where you'll whisper 20 thousand people before you buy 1 base.

I must be some kind of a masochist because I'm not against the new system, but I would go back to the old one in a heartbeat.

you get 200k gold just by farting in the direction of a T15 map. might be time to leave the nest and spread your wings.

Totally not agreed with this statement. The others have been using the items I made. Some of the items were pretty much decent, people were saving to buy those and were probably happy to use them. Which is the reward by itself and with addition of currency reward, 3 mirrors this league, not many but I assume this is more than average Joe has (not really checking the other people's currency tabs).

And it is another way to describe how these developers always try to control the player's actions in every aspect.

I always say, the soul of the business is no longer bad ideas or poor optimization. The problem now is the people who create this type of content.

They will eventually understand that the product must follow market demand. It will cost dearly ...

It seems GGG did a good job.

Main complain I see here is that this guy cannot sit in hideout and use the market to make divines, because the gold cost.

Which technically is the main and only purpose for the gold cost at first place.

Also, this was really cheap trick to say "2 divines". Did not work on me.

But for the people who fall for it:

Removing gold fee so bots can do non-stop currency flipping? No thanks.

Enough ways how to make a good amount of gold in a fairly quick fashion besides Castaway.
