item filter not working

same issue here, all filters (expect "Default") not working (XBOX Series X)
problem started after forced Poe update yesterday (1.11).

- game is unplayable in maps like this

filterblade filter synced to my profile worked yesterday, now back to bugged

Workaround: Hard reset + alternate Mac Adress fixes it for the session

Ok, so more info. I can ‘workaround’ this by resetting alt MAC address in advanced network settings.
BUT make one tiny change (the in game tier you are using or one tiny change in filterblade) and the problem comes back AGAIN.

This is a bug that has hit Xbox before in the past so GGG YOU KNOW THIS IS A THING AND HOW TO FIX IT.

To make things worse, I have a filterblade custom filter that is 100% tested to not show life or mana flasks yet in game it does.

Can we please get some recognition from GGG that this has been seen please?

I've had the same problem with the Series S since launch. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get it to work even once. Anyway, I know they don't care much about the consoles, so this will take a while to be resolved.

In the meantime we have seen some success by restarting the client and waiting on the login screen for about 20-30 seconds before logging in. This might not work for everybody but we believe this issue can arise if you login too quickly.

Thank you for the reply Adam. I can confirm that once you get the filter working, any change (in game or with a custom filterblade edit) will cause it to reoccur. I can also confirm that shutting down and relaunching it then not touching a button (not even to cancel the start GGG animation) for a full minute before attempting to login has not worked for me. What has worked is to do the same but also a reset of the alternative MAC address to had reboot the Xbox and then launch the game and wait a minute before logging in.
Not sure if this is reliable workaround as only done it once, since combining the elements of MAC reset and waiting a minute together.

Edit: I also have done an uninstall and reinstall of the game back when this issue first started for me, standard thing to do when PoE is not behaving :)

Edit 2: I can’t speak for the others but if it helps this is happening to me on the London realm, in case it is a file dissemination to the realms issue.

Edit 3: Please also note that not only is there the filters not working issue but there is also an issue (probably related but if not let me know and I will start it as a separate thread) of custom filters behaving fine in the filterblade simulator but not in the game on Xbox. Example I have all mana and life flasks except those with quality on them disabled in my filter but they show in game.
