Latency Spike Issues

This is particularly bad tonight. Playing solo in the middle of Act 2 and the disconnects are fairly frequent and multiple seconds long.

This is even worse tonight than it was a few days ago. Timeouts are happening several times per minute, and some are lasting 4+ seconds.

Took a week off, came back, and this is still an issue, although it was far less prevalent last night.

Tried to play again, and this is still an issue. Has there been any progress? Is there any more information that can be provided?
