Refunds on Titles Purchased Prior to Release Date
When you purchase a title on Steam prior to the release date, the two-hour playtime limit for refunds will apply (except for beta testing), but the 14-day period for refunds will not start until the release date. I dont understand where isolated server affecting you, so you are calling it "just want cheats"? I play my game on my own time on my prefred server and you play on your own time on your prefered server. We wont even see/interract with each other?? Yes, I want easy leauge server what is your problem with that ? Like how is affecting you ?

The cost of the game on release is zero dollars. Your $30 purchased an early access key, not the game itself. Further, your purchase included in-game cosmetic points. If you used those points, or if you have worn any cosmetic in an EA supporter pack, you are ineligible for a refund due to Steam's DLC (consumed content) rule.
- Not a Steam rep, but knows about software release.
Edit: For example, if you've ever walked around in the hideout that came with Faridun supporter pack, you've consumed the content you purchased.

Oh could be I didnt thought about refunding to this day lol.
But still the statement of the other player is wrong because if GGG shuts down today there will be angry masses where in the end steam will start refund wave anyway.

Custom leagues' mods do not include rarity/drop modifications, unfortunately cant work.
They've done it before.... Before there was ruthless a couple streamers did private leagues along the same lines. Granted that's going in the opposite direction than this person wants but saying they just can't is wrong
