If he has teleport you cant kite

if he has bubble you cant attack from a distance

there is no real good physical mitigation to damage over time in this game. You have cloak of flame and the unique helmet. Then a couple sources of pdr. There is a chest corruption, and the shield mod. You cant outregen it either.

You realistically need to 1 shot the monster. Which basically is one of the things that pushes people to only play meta builds because they end up in less "you lose" scenarios.

This modifier can spawn on monsters with many other stacked modifiers that will basically force you to log out when you see it if you're playing hc.
