Free weekend is a great way for the game to make money at the end, more people try it, more people get into it, more people pay for it after the free week is done.

You being sad for 10+ ish minutes won't really change much about it...
I'm sorry if you had a bad day or anything but your not entitle more than other to play it because you spend 30 buck.
Play something else, watch a video for a moment, go do the dished or another task. Do sit up, or continue to argue on the forum that your unhappy to have to wait a 10ish of your precious time, and those 10 minutes totally waste your 30$.
(well as for now it probably more like 30minutes)

But all to say, there something else outside of path, if your mad that you can't play it probably mean you enjoy the game, if you don't enjoy it, why are you even mad you can't play it. They clearly know how to make a good game and make it profitable at the end and for them to continue they need to make a profit at the end.

Again, spend that time to do some task at home, do some exercise, play or watch something else while you wait and it be back in a jiffy.

i dont give 2 flying shits about "freeloaders" and i certainly did not pay 30$ (60 for me actually) to play poe2, i paid 60 bucks to get nice mtx and EARLY ACCESS to the game, the game will be free once the beta is completed

that being said, having not even half the features in the game and releaseing "leagues" to sell the illusion of new content when in reality its just core stuff, thats what pisses me off. stop overloading the server with fake hype for stuff that belongs litteraly into the basegame, just stop hyping this fiesta atm and focus on releasing the base game, make it interessting for us sure, but dont overhype it

Very well stated, and it goes to show the laziness that is being exuded by GGG. They are slowly pivoting towards the spectrum of becoming Blizzard Entertainment. Give them a few more years and they will become that which they hate. The only reason they are not there yet is because of their daddy, which is Tencent.

its kindda parrt of the plan to see howw servers perform ,probably because they envision this game to be more crowded in the future ,
also of course i wanna play and the realm is dowwn for 30minute of so ,
but wwhen i first bought d4 the game i coudnlt make it work at all for a whole 2 weeks anddd asaked forr refund and it got denied so its not thaat bad
