Added T17 Iron Citadel boss.
Its hard to find high HP target dummy without boss protection to check DPS, PoB wont show it properly. This boss wont even let me get that Trinity up. Any tip is welcomed.

Whats the budget for this build to be THIS effective be honest with us xD
The boss damage is amazing but the mapping is "ok" although it does very well in the abyss pits which I like.

Xesht and Arbiter vids were recorded with like 10 divs gear (dunno how much its now since economy got nuked hard by temple abusers). Mapping improves alot with attack speed and cultivated Redflare (wish i found it sooner). I might make new map video with updated build (the T18 one was with non-cultivated redflare), maybe some easy linear one like Ravine to make it look fast...
Charged Oil Barrage is just busted, its most likely gonna get nerfed in 0.5. You dont need good gear to "make it" strong. There are few vids from campaign (initial tests section), it owns since lvl 33 (lvl requirement for Redflare). Viper video even shows gear i had at that point. Pin helps alot as it gives big window for unleashing barrage safely. This build is effectively playable from nothing, halfway thru act3.
And adding other 2 citadel bosses as bonus...

There is a unique belt that makes you shock immune which I used when I was redflare tactician dragon.
It's called Byrnabus
I know about that, but that belt doesnt have stats. Shock doesnt rly bother me, i dont remember getting killed cuz of shock. When i get shocked, its usualy on empty screen when devouring or when is everytrhing already exploding. Pin instantly CC everything i hit.
Eventualy i would like to gamble double cultivation Redflare that remove also shock mod and replace it with "Gain a Power Charge every Second if you haven't lost Power Charges Recently".
Also - added King of the Mist video.
I already have that Redflare for my spell totem build but it doesn't work well for Tactician dragon. I tried.
Because you do 'lose power charge recently' so the effect doesn't profilerate and puts you in a 'lockout' for a while where you won't gain power charges.
However, the same redflare works perfectly for spell totems as spell totems can use either Endurance or Power charges. So we use that "Gain a Power Charge every Second if you haven't lost Power Charges Recently" + Resonance Node on passive tree (power charges become endurance charges).
So now, we keep gaining Endurance charges constantly and keep putting down spell totems because we 'never lost a power charge recently' this loop doesn't stop.

Im aware of that, but its different tech for whole different build.
Charged Oil Barrage is practicaly machinegun, so most important mod on Redflare is " 20% chance to gain power charge on hit". This generates 95% of power charges. The WORST mod is " Lose all Power Charges on reaching maximum Power Charges" and the whole point of cultivating is removing it. " Gain a Power Charge every Second if you haven't lost Power Charges Recently" is just best replacement for that bad mod. Its not core of the build, its QoL that fills you up with charges if you dont fight for 4 seconds. It let you start boss fights with max charges and overal not care about charges duration.

But this clearly shows why Oracle is better lol because you gain charge with Volls all the time without having expensive and custom as fuck Redlfare. You don't even think about power charges as Oracle because you always crit. One or two rends will make a charge, or just throw an oil barrage; you'll get a power charge since you ALWAYS crit.
This is why I went back to my Oracle Wyvern.
It's also on the better side of the passive tree and has special notables that no one else has for channelling skills to do more damage/give you more defences while channelling.
You can just start flying with flame breath too, and you'll roll in power charges, keep gaining more while mid-flight, and therefore your flame gets out of control OP again, mid-flight.
You can also go magic dragon, put a cast on crit and rain comets simply from oil barrage lol. You can also go Cast on Ailment because Flame Breath procs COA like CRAZY.
Even if we forget all these QOLs of Oracle it simply does more damage than Tactician in the same gear because of 3 reasons:
1. Always crits (the cutoff for inevitable crits rerolling is very easy to do on that side of the tree).
2. Special nodes that buff damage and defences and even more for channelling. Tact cannot access them
3. Ability to SKIP the line. You save too many passive points by simply taking bigger notables. Like taking Ancestral Totem Notable lets you take so many 'ADDED DMG' nodes without wasting points in pathing. NO other ascendancy can get all of them without sacrificing so many passive points. Well, no other ascendancy can take them all, period, because then you won't have anything else on the tree.
4. Dmg hitting you is unlucky; it is more tanky than you think. It's always on defence; you don't need to add a condition (pin something).
I understand the point of pining but everything just dies instantly so pinning is not really 'useful'

1/ The moment you cultivate "lose all power charges" out of Redflare, you have essentialy Volls Protector without crit condition - usable by everyone. And once you get that power charge regen on it, its far superior to Volls.
2/ Im lazy, i dont care about rend, i dont care about flame breath or whatever. This is 1 button build
3/ Since when is top-left part of tree considered "better"?
4/ i HIGHLY doubt you instantkill everything. Everyone who claims that simply lie or dont run hard content. I dont think there is ANY build that can instantkill everything, even with 100 mirror gear. So if you only want to tell how your build is the best, just leave.

1/ The moment you cultivate "lose all power charges" out of Redflare, you have essentially Voll's Protector without the crit condition – usable by everyone. And once you get that power charge regen on it, it's far superior to Voll's.

1. Yet it's way more expensive, and you need to get at least 2 good lines to make it as comfy as Volls Oracle. Oracle W
2. So can Oracle, in fact, without any downside of Redflare. 20% chance is lower than 25%.
3. Oracle has special nodes in the top left part that simply DO NOT exist for Tact or anyone else. You realise that oil barrage is a channel skill? Oracle has more damage than Tact. Better passive point economy. I've been destroying game as Oracle Wyvern with a way worse talisman than your Tact is wearing lol. If you need a better talisman to do the same content, that is the definition of doing less damage.
4. Oracle CAN do other cool things besides just that, which makes it overall better. For example, Magical Wyvern. Raining comets with an oil barrage is still a single button.
Or Electric Wyvern with the choir of the storms. Many crit uniques just feel at home with Oracle. Instant Leech gloves. The build variety is endless if you don't want to follow a total cookie-cutter build like yours.
4. Aesthetics. Oracle is THE Druid.
