Playing around with NOT using Wolfpack at all, with a Storm Mage and a Cleric instead. Feels maybe a bit better, the Wolfpack gets in the way a lot.

Could also try for a Spectre Wasp with Infernal Legion, or a Tame Beast with an aura (if you have Brutus' Brain, just run a low level one).

Im interested in this build.

Can you tell me how it compares to a typical minion setup?
Is it roughly even in clear/bossing, or more of a fun meme?

Much faster clear, much better in bossing, much better visual clarity.

The only downside is that you're expected to be in melee with them, so do invest more into ES, Faster Recharge Start, and Recharge Rate than usual.

I've played Spectres, Storm Mages, Reavers, and others to 94+ on every league so far, this is by far the strongest minion build we've had overall (Infernal Legion aside, but that's a meme imo).

Spark Zealots are comparable for DPS and have possibly better coverage, but they lag behind a lot, plus they will burn out your GPU and eyes. Sadly, they're the only ones that come close imo.

I already have a witch alt leveled up so i think i will try it.

I need something for bossing specifically.
If it can do juiced citadels, then even better.

Also curious, what about reavers this patch?
They fixed the rage interaction, and this league really opens up rage possibilities

I haven't had the chance to try reavers since 0.1 where they were amazing. Certainly, Rage Attacker Minions have potential, I'm probably gonna try something like that soon to see for myself.

Generating rage as non-Shaman on non-Wolf builds is gonna be a pain, though. You can do it with various Fissure skills, but it's still a hassle.

With my level of gear I'm running 6 mod Citadels with all boss points without any issues, so it's been fine, but clearly that takes gear (and not trying to run 6 dmg mods).

They should add a skill where you're throwing wolves at enemies.
