Also they removed a lot of map mods from the mod pool. That's the most op character power you can get lol. You can just play way more builds now for free.

You're either trolling or you apply constant freeze/max chill at all times. Every single time I happened to die to a boss was because of enrage and increased speeds/damage.

The mods that they removed don't mean they can't roll as an actual mod on the map. Because of this, when you roll your map to have okay mods, you WILL get extra phys as elemental, curses, crits, and other annoying stuff that just lead to 1 shots. I hate being forced to play characters that literally ignore all damage due to OP mechanics. It's boring.

I have no idea of the build in Phrecia, anyone help please

Leveled to level 50 and forgot, this league do not have normal Ascend :(

Definitely not if you don't enjoy overtuned bosses and a slow campaign, along with endgame progression feeling slow too. I wouldn't recommend this event to any of my friends.
