Remember how they nerfed stacked deck drop rate everywhere by 50-75%?
They did this so this shit can exist: https://imgur.com/a/1ExlLgy On Phrecia I was able to absolutely abuse this shipping strat, farming 3000 stacked decks per hour. Except I didn't loot them in maps, but rather from a stupid ship menu. This ain't fun. Revert stacked deck nerfs from 3.25 (or was it 3.24) and remove this crap.
