What Will Happen When the Keepers League Ends

Sadly for me, it's a mechanic to opt out from. Will miss the good old breaches (hope they don't update the POE2 breach mechanic in this way O_o )

45 Pages of people lamenting this decision does not inspire confidence that it was as well received as you think it was.

Please give us back old breach and do not implement these changes.

I leaguestart every single league with pcoc, though I do not even have pob open/do not even watch streamers' builds (except for ckaiba9 and Emiracle out of pure interest and bc they are esports streamers basically). And there's question again: if someone plays CWS, is he "mindlessly copying emi's build"? Bc this build can be made using multiple ascendancies, multiple setups (ignite/poison dd of chain / dd of scav / pb) and requires some tuning of stats etc.

There's nothing wrong in copying other's builds or ideas. If you look at poe ninja, you can find dozens of setups of the same build (same ability).

Tree is the very first powercreep in poe. And it should be removed. New players who follow some build just to get some basic knowledge in poe / more advanced players who look for ideas of how to improve their build are not contributing to power creep at all.

I'm exited. I'm really looking forward to the new league. BUT as a flicker enjoyer, I'm gonna miss the old full on breach hands scarabs. Still I'm looking forward to the changes you guys are gonna make. It's never anything I can phantom!

Go crazy on the new league and I hope you (design wise) and we are gonna have fun in 3.28!

pretty sure they decided that it will go core even before keepers launched. they just like to make players think that their feedback matters when it really doesn't.

they can do what they want but dont gaslight people and say "we wont add it if people prefer the old breach" 90% of players prefer the old breach but they are still adding it

On a build of 100% your own design, I hope. Because this is a game about complex character design. Let's ban build guides, ban youtube videos describing builds, ban looking at other people on ninja, ban importing things into PoB, and have everyone make their own character from scratch, which is what you're supposed to do in these games. No, it's what we call denying a faulty premise. He claimed the game is "all about complex character progression", and moved on as if that were true. It's not. The game is about the design, not the progression. All of the actual skill is in the build process. After that, it's just a question of how long it takes you to get there.

Actually, I don't care about the tree either way. It won't make a significant difference once it's pared down, like every league mechanic that goes core always is, and you don't have Breach every zone to gain graftblood.

That's not what we're talking about. If you hear "PBoD is good", and make your own PBoD build, that's great. If you search for someone else's and copy it mindlessly without even understanding how the pieces fit together, that's incompetence on a grand scale. It's that simple.

"Same ability" and "same build" are not even close to the same thing. And yes, there is very much something wrong with copying other's builds. You're having someone else play the game for you. It's ethically the same thing as botting.

Are you kidding me right now? Synthesis implicits, cluster jewels, anointing, harvest crafting, scarabs, 5th and 6th map device slots, everything about Kingsmarch... it would be a long list if I cared to spend more than ten seconds on it. This too shall pass.
