Since it is linked to the spectre as a support and they do indeed cast their attack twice, I would assume that they also get hit by the 'less' damage modifier. Still though, 10% less is not a bad trade-off for a 50%+ instant repeated cast.

According to a quick internet search* it provides "Quality Bonus is 10% increased spell damage at 20% quality." so it completely negates the 10% loss.

*Internet search may be lying to me :p

Edit: Okay, I just realized I am not certain of the difference in wording and how it affects things, so the 10% 'increased' may not actually negate the 10% 'less' damage.

Your right flame sent should use conc effect.

Yeah the -10% would apply, but the spell quality damage affect their damage is what I was saying. Wondering if that would effect it at all?
