Here's what I thought.

How often can you crit? Let's say one out of four (25%) hits? Then try to crit again in the next 4 hits? How many passive are you going to invest on crits?

However, once you shock one mob. One out of five (20%) hits, he stay shocked (for a good few sec) and all subsequent damage the mob received is increased by 40%. But wait, that's one shock, you can stack up to 3 shock (attack speed =)). 3 stack of shock deals 220% damage. But usually they within sec after first shock. Best of all, I only need 2 passive.

I'm curious how crit would be better too. Please share, especially when using a bow instead of a dagger/sword and the lack of Dex in this build.

I'm pretty low lvl right now with my ranger (53) and i was wandering how much time ennemies will be shocked. I was affraid of: Shock: 276ms per 1% max life dealt as lightning

or are all equally important with quality ?

I'm nowhere near as experienced as other players here, but from what I've read in this thread, don't use fork AND lmp together at such a low level. They cost too much mana together when you can't afford it at this stage of the game.
By only using one, you may actually increase you DPS as well.

I could be wrong. But that's my understanding.

Oh I never realized they multiplied the mana cost, that makes sense now. Thank you. Which do you think would be better, if I had to choose one?

Edit: Also, I just got the Clarity aura. Regens 2.5 mana/second with 60 mana reserved. Do you think that's worth using? For now I turned off Wrath
