So how does Build #2 gain Shock stacks if you can't Crit?

The new duelist nod are really god i think take a lot of this nod.

You shock because you take Statick blow 2x10% chance to shock in the build & 15% if u use Conductivity

Is Static Blow worth it if you don't run Conductivity? My wife has a cold crit witch and she casts Elemental Weakness so we both get some benefit.

Yes without conductivity you also shock a lot, LA+LMP+Chain and you hit mob a lot so you perma shock mob

I was doing 6k dmg on Frenzy 3 stacks, around 3.3k on LA. My resist was 75 cold, 30 Chaos, -22 Lightning and 25 Fire. My HP is 3k with around 150 energy shield. My items are as follows.



I'm thinking to try out the full LA shock build. Will I get more or less HP/DPS ?

And btw I'm level 76 and I've 95 points to spend at the moment.

OUCH! FUCK! Went with Build #2. Gain 50 HP, 5% more resistance and I FREAKING LOST 250 DPS. I'm fucked.

But your previous build has no Inner Force and Static Shock. Have u tried with the Auras on? What Auras you using? And if you have gotten Static (Chance to Shock with Lightning Damage), 1 Shock and your damage scale 40%. 3 stack of shock your damage scale 220%.

I believe the reason your question is hard to answer is because of too much variables. Lv 50 and Lv 60 can have quite a big difference in dps. And which dps? Single target or AoE? Lastly, most peeps went Build 2 =).

Most mobs may have resist on one of the elements, maybe 2 sometimes. But resist are capped. That's where curses and shock comes in. As for Physical, armours are not capped. And you need higher damage to counter high armours due to the scale being not on a equal ratio. You might want to read up more on the armor and damage reduction on wiki. =)
