What do you guys think about the new belt?

And don't forget that WED is only for weapons...so any wand-user won't benefit jack sh*t from that..
Basically it's a crit CI shadow belt.

what a godamn stupid item, the stats are pretty much catered for only 1 build to use (ci elecleave).


Good job spending a thousand for some POS that only 1-2 people in the game will want to use even if it WAS free.

Its a good wanders belt but I wont use it for either of my CI builds. I like the mana and the whole freeze duration based upon ES but I have no need for it. It might be nice if I decided to turn my shadow into a ES shadow instead of Evasion which I have been considering.

You do realise that spells aren't affected wich usually is the case when wielding wands right? so casters won't benefit from those as you aren't attacking with wands but dealing spell damage holding a wand..so yeah, for a phys damage dealing ATTACKER, that's true, but no caster will benefit from it..
Maybe not calling a wand a weapon was scemantically incorrect as i was thinking of a spellcaster, i'll give you that.

Learn something new every day: When someone uses the (bizarre) word 'wander' he/she's refering to a character that actually uses the damage, or to be more precise, the projectiles of the wand and not the +spelldamage portion - similar to bow users, etc. - which is why wands that feature +physical damage and any form of +elemental damage are usually called something like 'gg insane wander wand'. to make a long story short: "wanders" have nothing to do with "casters".
