Question about, block, dodge and evasion

This is the new build im planing to run(since im skipping dodge) if anyone has tips or imputs they are most welcome:)

With just a single skill support (Blind) you can reduce enemy chance to hit you by 75%!. Who needs evasion, dodge or even block if you can pull all that off with a single support? To top it off, you mentioned you're using a Bringer, which has Blind built in to it!!

Skip all those nodes, grab Iron Reflexes, enjoy massive armor and ~70% "evade" chance. I'm actually doing the same thing with a Marauder right now. 80% all resists, 16K armor, 35K with granite, 170+ hp regen/sec, ~50% block. Throw in Enfeeble for lulz.

When I reach a map-end boss (if they do attacks) I blind them within the first few seconds (Use a granite on the approach before you can blind). By the time granite is over, they can barely land a hit on me.

Example 1: if i get over 100% combind dodge,evasion and block, can't i get hit by melee attacks any more? (im sure that i still can but would like to know if there is any formula or something )

Example 2: i got 55% evasion and spec into Ondar's Guile *double chance to evade projectile attacks, which would give me 110% evasion? does that mean i can evade al range attacks?

Your questions have been answered already,so I won't answer them again.

I would like to suggest however that you focus on just dodge or evasion or block and not all three.

Life,you'll need that most,as the defense you've focused on WILL fail sometime and hp is,as always the best buffer from death.

Armor,you'll need that,coupled with granites and endurance charges as well.You're also going to see a lot of use of enfeeble.

Decoy totem,use it. =P

Spike damage needs to be mitigated first and foremost,life and damage reduction do this for you(life nodes+armor+charges),where as the other defenses are just prolonging the inevitable.
