Soul taker
Who thinks one of the three unique axes will have the same base type. If they do it will be more difficult to chance.

It won't make chancing Soul Taker more difficult if it occurs.

You don't think so? It will be like trying to chance a shav

each unique has a set % chance to be chanced. No matter how many uniques are on the same base, your chance is the same. They have already stated if you get the wrong unique, and it did not exist, you still would not have gotten your unique.

I used 500 chance orb on the siege axe
at 500 in a map run.... | |
"\ The chance to chance a Shavronnes was not reduced by the existance of the infernal mantle. Before infernal mantle was released, imagine this was the loot table.

Blue:50%
Yellow: 40% Shav's: 10% After the release of infernal mantle, this was the loot chance.

Blue:47.5%
yellow: 37.5% Infernal Mantle: 5% Shav's: 10% Now obviously the real numbers are much lower, but what i'm trying to illustrate is they reduced the chance of chancing a yellow or blue item, rather than shav's. so the chance at getting a shav's stayed the same. GGG employee's have confirmed this. |

" They won't, but this is misleading and almost entirely wrong. You have exactly the same chance to roll a Shavronne's Wrappings now, since they've added Infernal Mantle. Imagine you throw a dart at a dart board, and it hits the bullseye for a Shavronne's. Now imagine they added the rule that if you get the triple ring, that counts for an Infernal Mantle. Your odds of hitting the bullseye have not changed, though you see a lot more unique items since you suck at darts. |
