Patch was nowhere near 4g in size. Are you trying to download like the last 4 patches at once? Just redownload game..

This is off a fresh install. after launching the game, it allocates resources, then starts downloading. the download is like 3.87 gb. Yes, that is actually close to 4gb thank you.

for people who were already up to date, this patch was less than 800meg. Nowhere near 4gb thank you.

You told me to redownload the game. This would STILL make it close to a 4 gb download since it is a fresh install which is exactly what it already was. Either way... it's close to 4gb. Your wrong information is wrong no matter how you look at it here. Without a full installer, new people, or people wishing to reinstall the game, get slapped with nearly a 4 gb download... Using this POS streaming installer. All of this could be fixed if they would release a full installer on one of the many free file hosting services out there.
