This means Lightning Trap has higher lightning damage, higher profectile number, higher damage effectiveness and the same crit chance as spark.

But it has a weak quality bonus compared to spark, but therefore a lower mana cost...

Am I right?

Lightning trap is decent for a sporker with ancestral bond. Its a decent attack they can do damage with. And its remarkably good even on a 3L. Super low mana cost as well.

You also can't rapid-fire cast these like you can with Spark, right?

There is a multi-trap support now. So I'd say you can come really close to spamming these.

Using this for lvling my dual sporker and its dps outnumbers spark + fork manual cast using multiple traps
you can set up 6 traps wich is 2/3 of cd number so with a big enough pack you can just hold the button, rapes just everything on screen...

+2 lightning gems & +1 all gems mod on the same item. Very rare combination of mods, I've personally never seen an item like that drop.
