What item gives +3 to lightning skills?

+2 lightning gems & +1 all gems mod on the same item. Very rare combination of mods, I've personally never seen an item like that drop.

unless you find lots of rare daggers,wands, or staffs, you won't ever see that combination. Can't get it on other weapon types as far as I know.

When the new leagues start, I'm definitely going to try for one of these +3 gem level weapons, but I haven't decided on if I'm going to go for 2h or 1h.

wow 38 mana is alot for lvl 16 manacost will skyrocket later

this is my setup so far at lvl 31 i replace fork with chain

What league did you do this on?

Dropped one, put it on my boots with no skills attached just to level it and the tooltip DPS is already about 1k @ lvl 12, this trap has very high damage.

8 lightning bolts flying up monster anuses, or even more with additional projectile / chain gems.

Plenty of buttocks will be forcefully penetrated by lightning trap.

Pretty sure it just hits them in the chest, back, or side.

Actually the tooltip isn't accurate since it uses your casting speed to calculate it.

Only lightning spell im waiting for is the Ball lightning like Piety uses
