Ok, 16 makes sense for rings, as well as 28 for amulet. I changed it in the compendium.

But then, on what type of item does +32 to all attributes spawns ? Why does the mod exist at all if it cannot spawn on anything ?

Maybe I look wrong, but I don't see the IAS mod on quivers. I am sure it spawns on quivers though.

Question - daggers don't have global critical strike multiplier listed in the Compendium, but it's definitely possible on Imp Daggers at least:

I think Critical Strike Multiplier is listed under Weapon-only Critical Strike Multiplier +% (for weapons). The spreadsheet does not specify Global, only Local.

There's a global critical strike multiplier mod that spawns on amulet and quivers. It's called Base Critical Strike Multiplier +%.

There's also a global critical strike multiplier that spawns on weapons called Weapon-only Critical Strike Multiplier +%.

Base critical strike multiplier mods get much higher than weapon-only critical strike multiplier. That's why they are different.

That's right. I added it yesterday. Thanks Muse99 and adghar for pointing it out. I'm not sure why the information was missing. I may have erased the information when I added light radius/accuracy mod to the spreadsheet.
