What I don't know is whether it's treated as melee or ranged attack. Have any Ondar's Guile users experimented with Dominus slam?

The lightning flow blockable from normal block chances ? I don't think so, I have almost 50%block and this does not change a damn thing, I take the full damage from it.

I believe he was talking about ToG

ToG is half lightning ??? I thought that it was pure physical.
Possible though.

Try going with 50k armour and 0% lightning resistance on ToG :)

It's definitely part lightning as I've survived a hit from it and seen others as well, and immediately after that you get a shock stack from it. Well, most of the time anyway, which would mean that the attack has a lightning damage portion attached to it or else it wouldn't be able to shock.

I have shock avoidance chances, so that may be why I didn't notice it :O
I thought that I was taking the full blast from it since I have no armor, well good for me I cap lightning ( the opposite would be suicidal anyway ).

give me such a char lol ( even though I could get to that point soon in term of armor value ).

Dodge affects it at least. Coz i've experimented and 'dodged' a number of hits. No idea if it's acro or phase acro though that did it

Blind also works on ToG. Not reliable enough though that you can risk it if it can one shot you.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but it may have been possible that Dominus landed a critical strike on you. As lightning can stack, the multiplier still has farther reach than 1-2 stack shocks I believe, but hey I may be wrong. There is a a reduced critical damage taken node also for future reference if that may help. It is true that a topaz flask can help though even though you may start lacking the charges needed in the potion if the fight takes time. Leap slam with faster attacks linked with it seems to work well, but there are instances of desync where your not even near him and die anyways. From my experience I usually survive the touch of god, but sometimes I die and I believe those to be critical strikes dealt on me. Hope the best for you!
