Yep, 16 and 17 is terrible. Try and buy corrupted 20 at least.

it's decent stats but has no life so it kinda sucks.

i have only 11799 dps with spectral throw :(

Pretty good gear. You can upgrade it with 2x 30% WeD ring (+45% WeD compared to your current rings).

+3 levels = +3x8% WeD.

Buy a weapon with 2.15/2.16 IAS with at least the same flat ele damages.

Total ~ +65-70% WeD + 0.4/5 IAS. I guess with this you should get 14-15K dps.

You're not going to get 15k DPS that easily. You need an average of 32 WED on each ring and belt, you need more DPS nodes(you're a scion which makes you innately miss out on DPS), you need 21 wrath/anger and probably a better weapon. To really push DPS getting WED + IAS(or flat elemental) on rings would be great.

I reach 16.5k DPS with all that. I'm a shadow that's 93 so I also have more DPS nodes.

Here are the relevant DPS pieces. I can get a better ring/ammy but too lazy at this point(can also divine my weapon for 7 WED).
