And the conclusion is that i somehow have gotten the missing 4% from the main patch so now i have to change my sarcastic good job GGG to a genuine good job GGG

There are patch servers in
Amsterdam Atlanta Chicago Dallas London Los Angeles New York San Francisco Seattle Virginia The problem is that we are uploading at 80 Gigabits. Path of Exile II - Game Director

Was under 500 "BYTES" for the first 7%, now I am at 20% ranging from 2-6 MB/S. I also live on the east coast.

My connection to Seattle/LA/San Fran is about the same from Japan yet my patching speed is 20K-200K/sec. Yesterday my download speed was 2MB/sec.
Torrent is going far faster than the patcher so just using that. It might stop at 99.9% but I can just patch that last .1% My speeds while torrenting:   |

downloading at a whopping 0B/s, how come the patcher doesn't make use of torrenting?

I don't know what just happened, but I am now patching at my internets full capabilities (about 800kB/s)! Super stoked that I may be able to play this evening!!!
