Same happened again with different Offset/Size when trying to leave the crematorium lvl2 by open portal after getting rid of Piety.

I just typed out a similar issue in a different topic, think I might pinpointed the problem.

Just afer the realm update a while ago the game crashed again in marketplace (act 3)

Same here, this happens mainly in act 2 Market/Warehouses/Slums and corresponding sewers.
When generating the map or returning from a portal/WP, game freezes in loading creen and I get Runtime errors. |
