Is it because you have got enough leech? What is the dps difference?

About same dps and much more survivability.

With super high dps, I found frenzy did much more damage (At Uber)

When i did normal Atziri, Frenzy killed the split phase before i could get hit while Barrage took a little longer.

Frenzy also gives you Frenzy Charges which help a lot.
