Just in case some people don't understand how this works: Bots ruin the game and its economy, not RMT. RMT just makes all the currency float between accounts, it does not affect a regular joe.

How do you think the people who Bot/Scam/Hack get the funds to do that all day? Your money isn't magically "floating" around when you RMT, it's going directly into the pocket of someone who 99.9% chance hacked or botted for the stuff you're buying.

It's not those people try to hide their RMT behaviour.
You can find several players under the same account and their RMT Board account is older.
