WORLD FIRST USE of Vaal orb

Anyone old enough here might remember, Might and magic Gates to another world.

One of the monsters "Court Jester" could scramble Items.

The amount of times I used to re-run that dungeon, hoping for GG items, these Vaal orbs bring back some great memory of that.

Edit: If you think affix is bad here, one of the drink from pools could eradicate you on the spot.
