I got 21/20 herald of ice too, wouldn't you say that for herald of ash though 20/23 is more desireable?

could be but if the ash aoe hits 21 is better need to look for a 23q so i can see how much dps the 2% gives over the overkill dmg (especially as wander with 125% base) but herald of ice is 100% better with 21 :D but gonna get both anyways got trolled hard

Poemods says the highest tier is

iLvl: 69 - 107 to 135 (Incandescent)

But your shield has 142 MAX ES

Is yours legacy? or POEMODS is wrong?

May already been covered but interested to know if the shield nodes that allocate 30%, 30%, and 50%extra es with 4% more block compared to the 4 nodes near the witch giving only 38% overall es. Or is overall es much better because of discipline?
