Post "useless" Uniques?

Made a build using Veil of the Night. Currently lvl 72 and can run maps etc. Its not Atziry viable since ive never done it.
However. I feel like Veil of the Night build is mostly to challenge yourself and Not to make some "new" type of build. Max block 3k es(room to significantly grow) but i feel like id be stronger if i took the helm off and got some resists

What exactly are you using the helm for even. That thorns it has or do you simply like the challenge? Not like it's giving you more ES than an actual ES helm.

I just dislike maxing out and worrying about resists and i like the challenge xD

I honestly have no idea why they ever made this. I can think of no use for it. Okay, maybe if I really wanted to go straight to CI at level 20 on a fire caster it might be good. One use. Otherwise I wouldn't even use it for leveling. Would have rather had another Lifesprig.

There are too many useless uniques to mention. It's really a case of sick dev humor.

With nervous anticipation, you take one of your scrolls of wisdom and click the new found item...Gah!!!

Another dev chuckles at the expense of your hours of hard work and game play.

Incandescent Heart converts 25% of elemental damage taken into Chaos. Which lowers the damage taken to a mere 3.25X what it would have been instead of 4X. More conversion uniques like that, and you can really get that Tempest Shield build cooking.

I guess you would use Shock Nova to build shock stacks or Charged Bolt for single target.

if viper strike gets a buff marylenes is gonna be hella strong. using critcurse + flask for puncture vs bosses (on weapon swap) and viper strike splash on packs.
