I just got mine in the mail today and instead of it being nice and black and gold its more of a neon orange.

Last supporter packs I took tabularasa T-shirt and I was not impressed with the print quality of it. Considering Jinx makes this, I was expecting more. I bought a D3 T-shirt (before game was released!) and I was surprised with the quality and detail they produced. I could not say the same about the PoE one. But that could be pore original image they got and color separation did not go that well.
On your image it looks like you got T-shirt that was on the begining of production (even looks like the black color is missing), where colors were not yet properly adjusted and this T-shirt was mixed with final ones that were ok. I'd send jinx mail so they can send you new one. This stuff happens and you just have a bad luck. IGN: xSiCKoWx

When I got my closed beta t shirt it was purplish instead of grey, but after a couple of washes in the machine it came out the color it was supposed to be in the first place. Maybe try that.

you can always ask support to exchange the jinx stuff for points. i took that option in the current pack after jinx failed spectacularly with the open beta stuff ending in customs 20 miles away (ggg managed fine with closed beta stuff) and the shirt's quality being average for european standards.
as a company i would always go for the most expensive type of merchandizing. for example: if i get a ball pen for free which then fails when it is needed most, i kind of throw the company behind the logo in the bin when i get rid of it. age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!

At least you got yours. I live in Germany and jinx fails to put papers on the outside package so it ends up holding in custom 1 1/2 hr away + payment. After 2 times letting it send back as i refuse to travel so far and pay for gifts I gave up.
Never buying a pack again ... |
