Apparently some people do NOT like reddit so I gave a brief explanation on how to make an easy 20% gem

You get 1 alchemy orb for every rare item in inventory. All rares in your inventory become normal items.

I got the "The secret of the forge" thing as well, and from reading the thread (one guy suspected he got a flask strongbox from "The secret of chemistry..") and getting a blacksmiths strongbox in my area, I suspect that secret of the forge gives you a BS strongbox =)

4 mods any significant, so I don't remember and forgot to F8
turned all my white amus to rare copies of one I put on my neck (different type of amus, implicit mods turned to exact copies of one i use)
after leaving area rares turned back to white....

If you sacrifice a Fishing Rod this text appears:

So for this to work correctly you basically drag your entire gear + flask + Anything that can be Quality'd into your stash. Bring the gem that you want to be 20% IN your inventory, After that go back to the shrine sacrifice the weapon and see if it worked if you get ''Perfection'' The gem is now 20%

Hard to believe that works but I just tried and can confirm...crazy.
