There are still about 80 effects not in the wiki. Also see the list compiled on http://poe.rivsoft.net/shrines/shrines.js
I started combining the information but it got to be too much work.

Some notable effects (from http://poe.rivsoft.net/shrines/list & reddit):

Item with spell damage (& attack speed)? There were only 2 linked items in the data.

An accurate map makes for a rewarding journey

check all clickables in the area

Its pretty amazing for recycling your rare jewelry in bulk back into crafting bases and alchemy orbs.

Good use for junk jewelry collected while leveling that is too low for chaos recipe, or if its higher bases and you want to recraft them again without rebuying/scouring bases.

used a Corrupted jewel to trigger Keeper of the Hoard , 1 monster dropped 10 random rare items instead of 5.
jewel used:

Wasn't paying attention to the item I sacrificed either, I did see spell dmg and dmg to spells, sorry I'm not much help. :P

I think it was, opened up a death and taxes map for me in dried lake.

the only noticeable stat on the item was a 90%+ spell crit roll, cant remember the other rolls sorry.
