Got one that said "Brother in arms". But I couldn't figure out what it did.

I think it spawns a Gemcutter's Box, since I backtracked and found one. Not sure if it was there before or not, but judging by the other "[x] awaits you" shrines, it seems very likely that's what it did.

gives 1 (I assume its only 1) of the items in your inventory(or equipped) a skin of itself, and when reclaimed gives you a rare(I assume only rare) version of the item.

"Ancestral Magic" You are ambushed by 4 unique totems, each named after a Kaom unique (Kaom's Heart, Kaom's Sign, etc.). They use fire attacks (Flame Totem jet and Firestorm). Despite the names they don't drop any special loot (about what a low tier Warbandit pack would drop at that level).

Appears to be arcanist box.

I got that one too, I believe it spawns an ornate chest, passed an area that I had already been and didn't see it before, so i'm assuming that's it

I put in a pair of boots that had 10% movespeed on them. It gave me 10% increased movement speed.
