" For me, i refuse to use the stupid trade function that they added to the website, as all it was was a severe kick in the nuts, for a so called upgrade to trade. It solved absolutely ZERO of all the current trade issues we have, and is quite literally just a copy over of what we already had available. IGN:Axe_Crazy

"You can search for specific sub type of item, you just type Lion Pelt or Spiked Gloves in the search bar. I do this often as I don't use an ad blocker so I stick to the official trade site. I do agree that it would be nice if the affixes were listed as prefixes and suffixes and what tier they belong to but it works well enough for me to not go to poe.trade anymore. Learning curve. It's like if you use windows and are familiar with it's layout you wont want to switch to Linux or OS X. I know right where everything is at poe.trade and can fill forms fast and it works why would I switch?

I only use the official shop for a few very specific affixes that poe.trade misses. Otherwise it doesn't do anything better than poe.trade but has more useless junk in UI. It's not an improvement, just a rip-off. Instead of wasting time copying third party tools they should have implemented an in-game trading page.
