Still happening, some more info:
It seems like some instances are more likely to fail than others, mainly hubs (Sarn, Highgate). Once an instance failed to connect, that instance will keep crashing. Creating a new instance with ctrl-click can help there. Once an instance connected successfully, reentering the same instance will never fail. Doing lab is a nightmare, I hope this gets fixed soon. |

Same here on California server. I've just lost 3 maps in a row, either to unexpected disconnection and/or failed to connect to instance.

Multiple "Failed to connect to instance" on California server. Lost multiple maps

I login in through steam client - ok
Create a character - ok Join world - "failed to connect to instance" *any league, any character, any patch Tried : reinstalling - fail nvidia optimization - fail changing settings - fail other gates - fail messing the "production file - fail restarting computer - fail I WANNA PLAY YOUR GAME PLEASE HELP ME !! |

Lost so many maps and drops.. when you going into vaal area it happens too and sometimes after logging the portal are "dead" and can't be used again.
Are GGG missing QA people? I'm sure alot of the community will do it for free. I can't remember ONE patch going on without any bugs/problems. |

I've had this on and off since league launch, and it only seems to be getting worse. Trying to complete the labyrinth now, it's just impossible. Randomly fails to connect to instance when zoning, it's frustrating as hell.

normal continue in 4 act but while i back to 3 act and goin lab got it dc... when fix?
