Failed to connect to instance.

Tech Specs:
Intel i7-6700 - 3.4GHz
RAM - 64GB
Graphics - NVidia GTX970M 6/8 GB (not sure about the 6 or 8)
The game is running on an SSD drive.

Problem: The character becomes stuck when the latency shoots up for a second and completely freezes. After 3 minutes of waiting, all the queued actions are played and thereafter, latency comes down to 30ms. The character continues to be frozen and the game is unplayable.

Re-logging seems to fix the issue temporarily, until it recurs.
I cannot relog here, because I am in the Lord's Labyrinth.

Please let me know if you need any further information.

Some response from GGG would be much appreciated at this point. At least something like "We're looking into the problem" ...

This league is unplayable for me... im getting too many failed insances....

is GGG aware of this? sent an email for support but got no answer at all

Having this problem since Harvest launch, about 30% of times going into new instance, can be fixed only by reconnecting running and ctrl+click into location (if it's possible, for brine king you are stuck till instance reset)

Same here my friends can map normal and i cant join every 3 map or so failed to connect to instance ;(

Since i installed the latest patch i can't connect to my hideout after map or relog. Only switching hideout works.

Been having these problems for a few hours, unplayable. Please GGG, say something.

As all the other 45 pages of previous comments...

Failed to load instance...
this started happening after the 3.10 last set of patches before 3.11
can be either on:

map
labyrinth
my hideout
different parts of acts 1-10

it's NOT good - and silence is not appreciated.

Same thing for me today... Can't go anywhere, I get a crash with the same error message.
