I don't think chriss mentioned a "buff only manifesto" but he did say spells where getting put in line to be competitive with the current top-end spells, no clue what to make of that though since most "fail" on a mechanical level.(in comparison to top end currently)

And he did make it out to be a manifesto that would be light on the nerf end.

No nerfs would amaze me given the state of things like brands, but if they are confident in pushing all other spells up they might leave them alone.

Which would create another problem in and of itself.(melee/ranged vs spells)

So yeah, he made no claim about no nerfs, but he did hint at little nerfs and big buffs.

If you think GGG is not going to absolutely decimate the top 4 spells you are more optimistic than I am.

The age of spells is done, GGG is going to forcibly level the meta this league and hopefully overbuff melee next league.

Don't pretend you have a clue about the game state please, or that you "only" play melee.

It doesn't have the effect you think your having.

3.6 should give great playability for a lot of builds in the story mode and since things are getting buffed, open up more quirky concoctions or "non-optimal" combo plays.

Pretend i'm making inacurate claims, i'm not going to lose my breath over that, cya in 3.7 for all i care.

Seems alright. Channeling limits mobility so it makes sense to give it a defensive bonus of some sort.

3.6 is a spell balancing patch. They were never going to touch Cyclone anytime soon.

Looks weak and maybe not worth it...

I hope for minions and summoners buffs and minions custom implicit mods for summoners will be made and we can see them in synthesis!

51:50 - The Balance Manifesto contains minimal nerfs, it's mainly buffs, not his words exactly.

Not particularly large nerfs could mean arc and brands but I'm talking out of my ass here.
