Wishing for the day Cyclone becomes a channeling skill. Having this work on Blade Flurry, Charged Dash and Scourge Arrow, but not on Cyclone, leaves a bad taste in my mouth. But hey, i like more nodes, in almost any case.

Ok I will, everyone who played winter Orb this is in an area of the passive tree you probably didn't pass through and is lower value than a jewel slot.

Like really its not a big enough bonus though it could be if the preceding nodes are high value.

Probably decent enough to allocate if your in the area but not good enough that you will deliberately travel towards it, maybe thats right for balance? Who knows.

With channeling skills they try so slow down the general pace over time.
I think this issue was mentioned in the last baeclast with Chris.

This Notable is basically a baby-fortify (with similar benefits), which you would otherwise combine with movement skills.

The general pace will change but it will be gradually instead overnight with the sledge hammer method.

Ya, right. I live in Cape Coral (southwest Florida) and we have a bad blue-green algae problem in our waterways and channels so PoE channeling skills can be buffed all GGG wants and I'm not using any of them (hazardous to exile's health).  :)

I hope a buff to cast speed on the tree is not reserved to those stupid channeling skills.

If GGG is serious about giving self-casting skills some needed loving (buffs) then it should be global.
