Why not share minor phanteon progress account wide like you do with minor lab trails. Means all minor phanteon related quests count as complete and you get the skill points upon clearing the act. It would make leveling twinks a bit less ass. Also one BIG PROBLEM, catching souls now is accont wide, so if you fully upgrade brine king then you will lock out all self chill builds from using Brine King!
