I do agree, believe me I am leveling it and Ill probably get it to level 3 within the next month, but for MOST people even doing that on all their characters itll still never end up reaching level 3.

I can see this replacing chance to ignite in an explosive arrow burn build. ¨

Edit: Actually, chance to ignite has a really nice quality bonus too, maybe replace another gem.

It's 8% at level 2, so probably 16% at level 3, but it's still possible to put it in a "+1 to gem levels" item.

For reference, lvl 20 Faster Projectiles is 68% increased speed.


E: To me some of the best quality bonuses are "chance to x"...
Change to Ignite + Molten Shell + Enhance should be very close to 100%.
