The problem isn't people asking for offers, it is people who don't know the first thing about trading, poe, or what items are worth, they simply don't have enough currency or they are too greedy to pay a fair price, pretty much what you are doing is randomly msging tons of people about similar items to see if one is dumb enough to sell it really cheap, then turning it around saying everyone who is asking for an offer is trying to just rip you off.
