"Because to get 999M dps you have to be hardcore flipper...erm, player while FB build needs only FB to kick a$$, lol. And considering that the game is made for "hardcore players"... And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

What's the funniest, FB requires specific items either (jewellery, belt, BOR), that are hard to get and some of them are quite expensive if you intend to buy. For mediocre results mid/endgame, as already said.
Tried FB IB recently, switched to double strike around mid cruel and felt much better. I continue to think nerfing FBs was a bad idea. And now the recent changes to the tree... This is a buff © 2016

Op is talking about playing a fB until high level maps. In this case, Op is right, Fb got nerfed bad with the new patch.
You have no resist on Abyssus or BOR, you have no resist on the FB gloves, and the most used belt meginord only have cold res. It was already quite hard in the past to get 75 all res without BIS jewelries and boots. Now it is even harder since those +2/+1 to all resist are gone. Fb now have hard time with resist, they also have hard time getting dps if the FB user only drop a 600% gloves. Life and phy dam did not get nerfed BTW, it is just in order to get the same amount of dps with a fb than before you need to go much further in the skill tree, making it difficult to choose between phy nods, res nods, life nods or block nods between lvl 60 and 80. Ehm... quick question. Which Damage-Nodes exactly got nerfed. Are we still talking about the 7% in the duelist area?
Also the ability to craft resists on gear makes it a lot easier to aquire the necessary resists with less perfect items (and for the time being you can still run Hatred + Purity if you feel the need). Also with the lesser impact of flat HP FB-chars should just get Kraytin in Normal instead of Oak, which helps with resists. It is still fairly easy to get a huge amount of %HP on the Marauder side, without sacrificing too much, since exspecially block-nodes are often on that way. The only thing I can agree with is the frenzy nerf. Though I prefered Infernal Blow and Cyclone anyway. |
