Hmmm yea i got Veteran bowyer for the pen, dunno but Master Alchemist might give my damage an insane boost with the Prism :O since Prism gives me damage to all elements, that would give me +40% to all damages.

HoI is definitely better against trash. However trash dies so fast that curse hardly helps any further. The real issue (at least from my experience) is the bosses - where HoT helps a lot.

I'm actually using a 4link made of Assassin's Mark, Curse on Hit, HoI and Frenzy. Frenzy allows me to get the curse on single targets easily while keeping Frenzy charges up as well (Blood Rage doesn't work as charge generator for bosses, evidently).

I've got a question for you guys: as a TS Deadeye, I have no idea what other 5l/6l I should use. I've tried Blast rain for even better single target damage, but it was actually weaker than Tornado Shot despite the optimal 5l setup. I was thinking about a defensive setup like CWDT + Immortal Call + Increased Duration + Enfeeble + Vaal grace, but getting those socket colors on my pure evasion chest is gonna be really expensive and I have no idea whether it will actually be worth it, or if I should just drop either Enfeeble or Vaal Grace and put it on my gloves.
I could probably get Kaom's Heart as chest if I don't need another 5l/6l, but that would drain my entire budget from this league.

why use physical to lighting damage on tornado shit but not added fire dmg? is it becuz of vinktar? i cant afford that flask and wont be able for quite a while so should i just use added fire dmg?

PtL is used to cause shock on enemies and a solid boost of damage with 20 quality.

This is the way to go imo, if you happen to find a good 6L bow and get resists from somewhere else. I would probably do this even with a 5L Lioneye's + as much life leech as i can stack.

I have experimented with all sorts of single target damage besides TS and I have yet to find something worthy. In terms of tool tip damage, single target frenzy or blast rain is seemingly better but those have their issues in real combat situations.

Single frenzy for example creates aiming problem against fast and relatively small size bosses. BR on the other hand prevents me efficient kiting. From my experience, Siege Ballista provides much more value over other options.

wait wtf physical to lighting dmg quality one doesnt even give shock chance so how do you even shock then?

Hey, the last league i was playing Ranger with the Ascendency Class "Deadeye" with a rare Harbinger.. is this still a good combination for Frenzy + Tornado Shot?

I've had the same experience with Blast rain - the fact that it's slightly delayed makes it really awkward to aim on moving targets and kiting is really hard as well while it works fine with TS.
It'll be hard to get enough resist from jewellery and belt only, as I'm also using Atziri's Step and Snakebite. I'll give Siege Ballista a try.
