Yes the system invites randomly. Could be someone that Just registered or someone that was the very first person to make an account. But since when is a computer actually random? I am sure it'll pick something similar with each account to some point or another. I never seen anything actually random.

The invites are random at this point. AFAIK they are giving the twitter and face book invites a rest for now.
I believe the invites are also global. I'll have to check, but I'm pretty sure they said that on their twitter page. |
